TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement is hereby made forthwith between SOLOS INTERNATIONAL LTD (from hereinafter known as the "agency") and any applicant who's name appears on the form overleaf (from hereinafter known as "the registered escort") It is agreed as follows: 1. This agency shall be entitled to make alterations, enhancements, improvements or developments of or to the specifications of the service as it may deem fit, but shall give the registered escort reasonable notice of these changes prior to implementing the same. 2. SOLOS INTERNATIONAL LTD acts as a legitimate third party introduction service for escorts who seek to be actively placed on their files. 3. We, the agency are here to give you, the registered escort, a complete and authorised service at all times. We also agree not to divulge to any third party, any personal details given as stated overleaf which are taken & remain in the strictest confidence with Solos International Ltd. 4. We, the agency, would like to emphasise that we will not be held responsible for any aspect of any incident, in any form whatsoever, which may occur with a registered escort, a client, or both parties. 5. Once you sign this agreement, you, the registered escort, have the right to terminate your position with the agency at any time, you must notify us in writing by post stating that you wish to terminate this agreement forthwith. We will then remove you from our files. 6. We, the agency, act solely as a third party. The agency will promote the escorts to the clients who in turn will contact the selected registered escort either direct or through the agency. 7. You, the registered escort, will endeavour to act at all times in such a manner as to be deemed sensible and reasonable and undertake not to use the service in such a manner as to constitute a violation or infringement of the rights of any third party or law breaking in any way. 8. The agency advise you, the registered escort, to obtain some kind of personal insurance whilst engaged in work supplied by the agency, as the agency will not accept responsibility for any accident/incident as stated in clause 4. 9. You, the registered party, accept that your status is that of a self-employed person and will be solely responsible at all times for your own declaration and payment of tax and National Insurance. However, we the agency will not be responsible nor will we bear any liability to inform the relevant government bodies or their agents. 10. There is nothing in this agreement that shall create or be deemed to create a partnership or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties concerned. 11. If you would like to know more about the protection and remedies under this form of agreement you should contact your local trading standards department. 12. The registered escort must at all times notify the agency immediately of any changes, whether it be personal circumstances, change of address, change of contact number or any other relevant information that we would require in order to help supply you with work. Failure to do so might affect the ability of the agency in providing you with such work and we accept no responsibility for loss of earnings through failure to comply with the above. 13. This agreement shall come into full force and effect from the date of acceptance by the agency and shall continue unless terminated by either party giving no less than 24 hours prior written notice. 14. Examples of earnings given by the agency or any of its representatives are given for guidance only. Actual earnings will vary according to each individual registered party. 15. We, the agency, cannot guarantee the amount of work, regular or otherwise that we are able to supply to each and every individual as this will depend solely on an individual and individual clients requirements. 16. Anyone who terminates their membership either by request or by failing to pay their monthly standing order on time, will be asked to re-register with the agency with a renewed registration fee before reinstatement on our files can resume. 17. You, the registered escort, may not at any time assign or otherwise dispose of your rights against us, the agency, under this agreement. 18. Monies or parts thereof received for the initial registration cover immediate company costs and may be applied to any arising additional costs of the agency such as new concepts, ideas, promotions and marketing plans. 19. Technical failure of management or other causes may prevent us from providing a service and we have no liability if the agency is for any reason prevented from doing so. 20. If you, the registered escort, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, we, the agency, reserve the right to terminate this agreement by written notice to the contact address supplied to us. 21. Further and as a separate obligation, the registered escort, from the date of termination of this agreement, will not canvas or solicit in competition with the agency, either on their own behalf or on the behalf of any other person, firm or corporation with whom the registered escort was involved with in the pursuance of this agreement, without the written consent of the agency. 22. if after six monthley payments you the escort found escort work was not for you, we the agency can refund your registration fee if put in writing to the agency. 23. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. This agreement and the conditions contained herein shall constitute the whole agreement between the agency and the registered escort in full and no alteration hereto shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties thereto. This agreement shall be governed by the English Law of Great Britain and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. 24. The agreement represents the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and replaces all prior understanding and representations, whether written or verbal, and this agreement may only be altered if such alteration is in writing and signed by the agency and the registered escort.
